メーカー名：ソニー ＯＳ名：WindowsXp パソコン名：PCG-U1 -- Windows XP なのですが、電源を入れると…起動途中でエラー？！ の画面に切り替わってそこからまったく動かなくなってしまいます。 示されてることを調べたのですが…直りません。 セーフモードに切り替えても同じ画面で止まってしまいます。 ハードディスクが壊れてるってことなんでしょうか？ 修理に出すしかないのでしょうか？ハードディスクを直すのって どのくらい（料金）かかるものなのでしょうか？ 止まった画面で出てくる文章↓ A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
