メーカー名：DELL デル ＯＳ名：WindowsXp HomeEdition パソコン名：Dimension8250 トラブル現象：パソコンが起動しない -- 昨晩、突然Internet Explorerの作動が極端に重くなりタスクマネージャで 調べましたがアプリケーション、パフォーマンスに異常はありませんでした。 そのままPCを終了し今日、起動するとwindowsのロゴマークの後に水色の画面に 切り替わりハードディスクを調べてるようなメッセージが約１分間程出て 青い画面に変わります。（水色の画面の時にEnterキーを押すとPCが起動します） 青い画面の内容（紙に書き写したので誤字があるかもしれません） A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps: check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need. If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware of software, Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.
